The IlluviDex has come a long way since its launch in 2020. From the successful Land Sale to the monumental launch of Illuvium Beyond featuring multiple categories, the journey has been exhilarating. But let me tell you, this is only the beginning.Recently stepping into the role of Product Owner for the IlluviDex, I'm thrilled to share a sneak peek of our plans and the work we've been doing behind the scenes to elevate the IlluviDex experience.With the recent roadmap announcement, you may already know that the Illuvium Open Beta is slated for Q1 2024. This means the debut of Illuvium Arena, Overworld, and Zero is just around the corner.

The IlluviDex Evolution

From the IlluviDex's perspective, our mission is to be the go-to hub for all your asset trading and purchases within the Illuvium Universe, including support for the Fuel Exchange. We're also working to become the ultimate guidebook that breaks down the nuts and bolts of every Illuvium game. It's a tall order, but we're all in to make the experience as player-friendly and intuitive as possible.

Personal & Dynamic

We aim to make the IlluviDex not just a marketplace but a community pulse point. We want you to see the popular items, recent sales, and active buyers. Imagine negotiating trades or even simply watching market trends—it's all about community interaction. Illuvium has something for everyone and will cater to a diverse player base, from the rookie looking to dip their toes into one game to the veteran fully immersed in the Illuvium Universe or even the savvy trader playing the market. We're designing the IlluviDex to be as welcoming to newcomers as it is powerful for pros.

Here’s a glimpse into some of the features you can expect:

New Structural Layout: 

- Assets will be organised on a game-specific basis. This clarity will make it easier for players to understand which assets apply to which games, emphasising the interoperability and cross-functionality within the Illuvium Universe.

Card Stacking: - Browse asset collections easily without having to sift through thousands of individual instances of assets. Think of it as an overview of all the unique asset types in a given collection.

Sitewide Cart Checkout:

- Imagine filling your cart with gear, Illuvials, Weapons, Augments, and more through a quick and frictionless single purchasing process. It'll save you loads of time and headaches clicking to buy items individually.

Batch Listing for Power Users:

Picture this—listing multiple assets at once with just a few clicks, freeing you up to dive back into gameplay. It’s designed for those power users who mean serious business. (post Open Beta)

The Open Beta will be a landmark event, and I can't wait to see how the IlluviDex helps weave together the multiple strands of the Illuvium Universe.
