Illuvium Overworld & Arena Patch 1.3.0 Notes

Arena Updates

• General Updates

  • New Ranger, Weapon, and Suit functionality.

  • New Shop and Inventory UI.

  • Ranks for Ascendant & Gauntlet modes have been reset.

  • Added new chat functionality to Gauntlet matches for better player interaction.

  • The Gauntlet Leaderboard extended beyond 20 positions.

  • Gauntlet missions are live, while Ascendant missions have been removed.

  • Ascendant Mode was removed from the UI but is still accessible via the settings menu.

• Cosmetic Enhancements

  • Introducing Drone Blast.

  • Showcase Beyond cosmetics in Gauntlet matches, including skins, drone blasts, and emotes.

  • Increased player damage in PvP rounds for a more dynamic experience.

• UI Improvements

  • Round information is now displayed in the centre of the HUD.

  • Augments are visible under units in the unit panel for easier management.

  • Various other UI improvements to enhance the user experience.

• Balancing Tweaks

  • PvE round timers were reduced by 20 seconds for faster gameplay pacing.

    • Rounds 23–26: Increased difficulty from +3 to +4.

    • Rounds 28–31: Increased difficulty from +5 to +7.

  • Adjusted round difficulties:

  • Augment rounds were extended by +10 seconds.

  • New Balance Patch tested on Sepolia.

Overworld Updates

• Key Bindings & Controller Support have been fixed.

• IZ Blueprints are now consumables. As per IIP-70, these are now one-time-use items that, when found in IZ, can be reminted by Landholders.

Known Issues

We’re aware of some issues that may impact gameplay and are working hard to resolve them in future updates:

• Cosmetics in Survival and Ascendant modes are not yet fully functional.

• Some emotes and drone blasts may not include sound.

• Loadouts may reset after finishing or surrendering a game.

• Some cosmetics are only displayed for you and not your opponent.
