Known Issues with the New Launch

Rangers,

As we embark on this exciting journey with the official launch of Illuvium, we want to ensure you are fully informed about some known issues affecting various aspects of the game. Our team is working diligently to investigate and resolve these issues, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Illuvium WebApps

• IMX Migration Limit: Some users are unable to migrate more than two batches of 100 assets. • Fuel Order: Orders with negative transfer amounts are accepted but will fail. • IMX Layer Issues: Incorrectly returns orders for assets as 'active'. • Marketplace Pricing:

Old prices are displayed after re-listing a purchased land plot.

• Fuel Purchase Issue:

Users cannot purchase fuel using the Safari browser.

• Fuel Crates:

Sometimes due to IMX issues, claiming fuel crates fails.

Illuvium Zero

• Plot Rollback: The plot data is resetting, and it is being worked on with IMX. There is some mitigation in the new IZ Build from today.

• Efficiency: Fuel extractors are not affected by efficiency. External Wallet: Support for linking external wallets is not yet available but we're working on it.

• Vertical Mirroring: IZ plots are vertically mirrored compared to the NFT image.

• Activity Desync: Minimizing the game while an activity is in process causes desync.

• Credits: We're currently investigating some issues reported with credit purchases in iOS and Android

Arena

• Gauntlet Mode: Players may get stuck loading a game in some circumstances.

• Arena Tutorial: Unstable due to new features.

• Reconnect Screen: Does not always appear after a disconnect in Ascendant mode.

• Messaging Errors: Sending messages to players not on the friends list can cause errors.

• Emote Display: The client does not show Lynx Stage 2 and Stage 3 emotes.

• Ascendant Game: Some players can get stuck and be unable to end their ascendant game.

Overworld

• Forging Issues: Players may get stuck forging and need to restart the client.

• Multiple Shards Forging: Can cause errors in some situations.

• Selling Illuvials: Selling an Illuvial during an encounter will cause errors.
