Illuvium Zero - Installation Guide

Please follow the steps below to download and install Illuvium Zero. Illuvium Zero Alpha is currently available on desktop (PC and Mac) as well as on mobile (Android). Please find instructions on how to download IZ under.

To download Illuvium: Zero Alpha on desktop (PC, Mac) please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to https://play.illuvium.io/ and select "Zero"

2. Select "Link Wallet to Play". Currently this step has to be completed on PC. Please note that to access the alpha version of Illuvium: Zero, you must use the wallet that contains your Land Plot(s) when connecting your wallet. We currently do not have the option to unlink a wallet, so please double check before linking it to avoid any issues with access.

3. Select "Download for Windows/Mac/Android"

4. Extract your newly downloaded file to a separate, named, folder.

5. Select the Illuvium Zero icon to launch your game

Step 5.1 (For Mac Users)

• 1. Ctrl Click the Illuvium Zero Icon

• 2. On the Apple menu, select System Preferences.

• 3. Click Security & Privacy and tap the General tab.

• 4. You should see an “Open Anyway” button for the unverified app.

• 5. Click Open Anyway to open the app.

• 6 . Click Open when asked to run or install the blocked app.

Step 5.2 (For Android To allow your phone to install an APK from an unknown source please follow these steps).

You may need to enable your browser to install apps from an unknown source.

• Open Settings on your phone. 

• Go to “Apps,” then tap on “Special app access.” If you don’t find it, go to “Advanced” followed by “Special app access. 

• Tap on “Install unknown apps.” 

• Tap on the app you will use to install the third-party apps. This is usually a browser or the Files app. 

• Enable the toggle next to “Allow from this source.” 

• Tap on the APK file to install it.

We highly recommend reactivating this security feature after installing the Illuvium Zero APK. For a more in-depth explanation please see our Discord server.

6. Log in with your Illuvium.io credentials and enjoy!

To download Illuvium: Zero Alpha on Android please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to https://play.illuvium.io/ and select "Zero"

2. Select "Link Wallet to Play". Currently this step has to be completed on PC. Please note that to access the alpha version of Illuvium: Zero, you must use the wallet that contains your Land Plot(s) when connecting your wallet. 4. Select "Install"

Step 4.1 You may need to enable your browser to install apps from an unknown source

1. Open Settings on your phone.

2. Go to “Apps,” then tap on “Special app access.” If you don’t find it, go to “Advanced” followed by “Special app access.

3. Tap on “Install unknown apps.”

4. Tap on the app you will use to install the third-party apps. This is usually a browser and/or the Files app.

5. Enable the toggle next to “Allow from this source.”

6. Tap on the APK file to install it.

We highly recommend reactivating this security feature after installing the Illuvium Zero APK.

6. Log in with your Illuvium.io credentials and enjoy!

It's important to note that Illuvium: Zero Alpha is still in its early stages. We have encountered some issues since the launch earlier today; some may come up when installing the game. You can read more about all known issues in the Patch Notes here. Illuvium Zero is currently not compatible with the Google Pixel 7 series. If you have a Google Pixel 7 phone, you cannot install the application on this device, which is a known issue. The Pixel 7 is the first Android phone to ship with 64-bit app support only. We are working on releasing an updated version of Illuvium Zero to support 64-bit on Android, and we will let you know as soon as it is available. Thank you for understanding.

Accessing the Private Alpha

Illuvium: Zero Private Alpha will be accessible only to players holding Land, which was sold earlier this year and is now purchasable on the IlluviDex. Owning any Land plot will allow you to access the first playable build of the game. As we progress with the development of Illuvium: Zero, we’ll be eager to hear your thoughts, feedback, and constructive criticism of the game. We aim to create games our community will love as much as we do, and through your involvement, we know we can create something truly excellent.
