We are excited to announce a major upgrade to your Illuvium experience—the introduction of the IMX Passport. This new system will streamline your interactions within the entire Illuvium ecosystem, making your journey smoother, more secure, and more enjoyable. As we get closer to our official launch, migrating your account to the IMX Passport is a crucial step.

The IMX Passport is a unified account system that grants seamless access to all Illuvium games and the IlluviDEX, eliminating the need for multiple logins. This single account will preserve your progress, assets, and Illuvitars, providing a cohesive and simplified experience.

Easy Migration Process

The IMX Passport integrates directly with the Illuvium ecosystems, making the migration and management of your assets straightforward. Here’s how to get started:

Getting Started with Your Migration

New to Illuvium?

Creating a new account is simple:

1. Visit the new website.

2. Create an account: Click on the top right corner to sign up using your email.

3. Log in: Once logged in, you're all set to explore the Illuvium universe!

Existing Illuvium User?

Follow these steps for a smooth migration:

1. Click Login: Dont Login if you want to migrate your old account, and simply click the migrate button below.

2. Click Migrate: Click the migrate button to get to the screen where you will connect your existing Illuvidex account.

3. Connect to Passport: Click "Connect to Passport" and follow the prompts to log in with your new or existing IMX Passport.

4. Update Nickname: If prompted, update your nickname to ensure it’s valid.

5. Migrate Assets:

   • Start with Illuvitars. While transferring everything immediately isn’t required, you’ll need to migrate assets to use them within the Illuvium ecosystem, as external passport wallets aren't supported on IlluviDEX.

   • Go to your profile, click “Passport,” then “Transfer In,” and choose “Assisted Transfer.”

   • If you have under 200 assets, click “Migrate All” and follow the transaction prompts.

   • For over 200 assets, migrate by collection (land, Illuvitars, accessories, etc.).

We’re aware of some email login flow issues. If you encounter problems:

1. Try the wallet login flow.

2. Contact customer support if issues persist for further assistance.
