Introduction to Patch v1.7.1
Patch v1.7.1 brings significant adjustments to Illuvials, Synergies, and Augments, enhancing balance and clarity across the board. This update focuses on refining damage values, improving tooltip readability, and adjusting synergy thresholds to create a more engaging and strategic gameplay experience. Additionally, a number of bug fixes address key issues, ensuring smoother and more predictable interactions. Let’s dive into the details!
Illuvials:
In this update, we are adjusting Illuvial base damage values to balance offensive capabilities across different units. Some Illuvials are receiving buffs, while others are being nerfed to ensure a more balanced competitive landscape.
Reduced the Illuvial base damage by 25%.
We found that the velocity of the fights was way too fast for player combat readability. While we wanted to shorten the game and make fights more snappy, we were

Rake/Umbre Omega Damage: 300/500 → 325/600 (buff)
Archie/Archos/Archeleon Omega Heal: 50/80/100 → 60/75/95 (adjusted healing values)
Archie/Archos/Archeleon Omega Damage: 50/60/70 → 60/75/95 (damage increased)
Kukka/Kukkulus/Kukkaraph Omega Extra Damage: 20/30/40% → 10/15/20% (nerf)
Blazenite Omega Damage: 450 → 525 (buff)
Blazenite Knock-up Duration: 1s → 1.1s (buff)
Phyri/Phyriox/Scoriox Omega Energy Damage: 25/35/50 → 40/70/100 (buff)
Phyriox/Scoriox Omega Attack Speed: 25/30% → 30/40% (buff)
Ebb/Fludd/Geyyser Omega Heal: 150/200/300 → 120/160/200 (nerf)
Ebb/Fludd Omega Damage: 100/150 → 120/160 (buff)
Synergies
Synergy thresholds have been modified to encourage more diverse team compositions. Some thresholds have been lowered, while others have been fine-tuned to improve their impact. Additionally, we’ve made adjustments to various synergy effects to ensure they align with their intended strength.

Bulwark: 2/4/6/9 → 1/3/5
Fighter: 2/4/6/9 → 2/3/5/7
Empath: 2/4/6/9 → 2/4/7/10
Psion: 2/4/6/9 → 2/4/6
Rogue: 2/4/6/9 → 1/4/7
Value adjustments:
Bulwark Resistances (allies): 8/16/25/30 -> 4/12/16
5 Bulwark damage based on resistances: 10% -> 12%
Empath Shield (ally): 75/175/250/375 -> 75/175/325/500
10 Empath Attack Damage and Speed: 20% -> 40%
Fighter Attack Speed (ally): 10/20/30/40% -> 10/16/25/30%
7 Fighter heal based on the damage deal: 8% -> 5%
Psion Omega Power (ally): 8/15/23/32 -> 8/16/20
Rogue Crit Chance (ally): 11/22/33/35 -> 6/23/32
7 Rogue Crit Amp per Crit: 2.5% -> 1%
9 Air zap damage: 60% -> 70%
9 Earth now has a 0.5 seconds cooldown on the Special Ability
9 Earth damage based on Mitigation: 40% -> 50%

Augments
To improve clarity, we’ve refined how Augment stats are displayed and removed unnecessary text from tooltips containing only stats.
Removed add-on text from Augments that only display stats
Improved Stat List clarity – each stat is now on a separate line
Bug Fixes
A variety of bug fixes have been implemented to resolve issues affecting gameplay clarity and balance. These fixes address unintended interactions, incorrect descriptions, and functionality issues with certain abilities and Augments.
Fixed an issue causing the Empath Lynx to spawn two different zones instead of one
Fixed an issue causing the Special Ability of Empaths not to activate
Fixed an issue causing the Special Ability of Bulwarks not to activate
Fixed a description issue on Berserker related to the Special Ability
Fixed an issue with Celestial Cycle (Legendary Augment) where it did not grant Omega Power to allies
Fixed an issue with Duskfall (Normal Augment) where it incorrectly reduced Attack Speed instead of Omega Power
Fixed a calculation issue on Duskfall, causing the buff to stack instead of expiring individually
Fixed an unintended interaction with Prey Drive (Normal Augment) that caused it to deal increased damage when the target was near full Health
Fixed an issue causing the Poodle Moth (Ace, Artace, Monarch) to chain cast the Omega Ability
